Glass door or solid?
Glass sells the stock, which is why a drinks cabinet is usually glass. A solid door costs less to buy. On running cost there is not much between them: glass doors are double glazed, and while they may hold cold slightly less well than a solid door, staff and customers can see the stock without opening them, where a solid door gets opened and closed all day and loses cold air each time. For packaged food, usually yes, but check the operating range on the product page. Drinks-focused cabinets sometimes run warmer than food service requires.
