Serie T – Made in Italy by Moretti Forni
Serie T range is assurance of constant reliability: a new generational leap in the history of conveyor ovens.
Four international patents and 2 primary goals achieved: unparalleled cooking quality and the lowest external temperature in its category, and it's not just pizza. Meat, pasta, vegetables and many other food products can be cooked using the Serie T.
All ovens are produced with the Cool-Around Technology. A sophisticated system for cooling the outer surface exposed to touch for total operator safety, a cooler working area and also reducing air conditioning costs.
With the electric versions there is the Adaptive-Power Technology; Proportional Power Control - automatically manages the power according to the load inside the baking chamber, thus energy saving is guaranteed. Dual-Temp Technology makes the Serie T extremely easy to use, with results guaranteed. Just set the time and two temperatures of the ceiling and bedplate (exclusive patent from Moretti Forni): the oven will take care of the rest.
Gas versions are equipped with Adaptive-Gas Technology for optimal cooking quality and considerable savings on consumption by managing the gas power determined by the load inside the chamber. Temperature management is managed electronically through modulation of the burner.
The TT98G is also equipped with the sophisticated patented Dual Flow Technology, which allows you to differentiate the blower capacity of the top and bottom heating for optimal cooking results.
The T64E and T64G, a cutting edge countertop conveyor oven that unites the best baking process, energy consumption all adapted from the large units before it, makes it very useful in small working areas. The T64 introduces new solutions such as the standby and the smart belt which allow having discontinuous baking process or with the double passage on the belt, particularly useful on small places.
The New TT96E joins the TT98E and TT98G, ensuring constant reliability but with higher production capacity and is suitable for large production volumes of pizza chains.
The oven is able to guarantee max reactivity with energy absorption kept at a minimum, depending on your particular needs.
The cooking efficiency is achieved thanks to the intense air blowing through two fans to cook high quantities of pizza at temperature, resulting in reduced consumption without neglecting the quality and uniformity of cooking.

Couriers are instructed to call prior to delivery. They will call when possible. We work with trusted partners like TNT, StarTrack, Cope Sensitive Freight, AirRoad and others.
Important:
- Deliveries are kerbside unless arranged prior
- Inspect items on arrival and reject visibly damaged goods
- Report transit damage within 24 hours
- Keep all packaging for one week for returns or warranty claims

If a product cannot fit through doorways, halls, lifts or the intended space on arrival, this remains the customer’s responsibility and is handled under our Change of Mind policy.

Multiple Parcels & Tracking Numbers
Orders containing multiple products from multiple brands may be shipped in separate parcels via different carriers and may arrive separately depending on carrier routing.
Tracking numbers may not all appear on your order page due to system limitations. If you need all tracking details, simply reply to your order email and we’ll send them within 1–2 business days.
We will help monitor progress and ensure everything arrives safely.
Free Delivery Promotions
Free delivery promotions are available from time to time on selected products and to selected suburbs — typically Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane metro.
Outer metro areas and Perth may qualify when stock is local to those regions.
Use the Delivery Estimator on each product page to check eligibility for your suburb. If you call us, we’ll confirm it using the same tool before finalising your order.

Collection is by appointment only and may take 1–2 business days to arrange depending on brand and location.
Please wait for warehouse confirmation before arriving. Damage during self-transport is not covered under warranty.

Our priority is our customers however we have to respect our suppliers' strict returns policies. We live in a world of high volumes and slim margins to keep prices down. For these reasons, our suppliers charge 25% restocking fees if you change your mind about a purchase or order the wrong item and then want to exchange it for another.
If your order needs to be re-routed or returned to its warehouse(s) of origin after being collected by a courier, many additional people become involved to facilitate your return.
Unless there is transit damage, a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our end, you will be responsible for any re-delivery and restocking fees.
If you have any questions about the product or want to confirm any details at all, please contact us before ordering.
We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or credit notes in cases where you have placed an order and you change your mind.
