Which areas qualify for free delivery?

Our free delivery promotion is for the metro regions of Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, based on our couriers' metro delivery zones. Some products will also receive free delivery to other 'near-metro' zones such as Geelong, Wollongong, Gold Coast and other areas. Check the shipping estimator on the product page of the appliance you are interested in to confirm free delivery to your area, or reach out to our team to manually check!

Are there any hidden fees or charges associated with the free delivery?

No. If your order qualifies for free delivery, there are no hidden charges for standard, Kerbside delivery. However, any additional services or requests might incur charges, such as if you ask to take the item into your shop, up stairs, off the pallet or for the courier to dispose of packaging materials and/or old appliances. How long will it take for my appliance to be delivered?

Delivery times can vary based on the product's origin and your location. Generally, 3-5 days for metro areas to receive deliveries, but often this can be within 2-3 days. If you need to arrange same day or next day delivery, please contact our team and they will be able to assist you

What if my desired product is out of stock?

While we strive to maintain inventory, there may be times when products sell out in your state. We'll inform you of the expected restock date and delivery time or provide you with similar alternatives so you don't miss out!

Do you offer installation services with the free delivery?

Free installation is only applicable to Fagor Combi Steam ovens at this stage. For other brands and products, free delivery covers delivery to your shop only. Installation services might be available in your area however we will need to get a quote from our installation partners. If you need installation for your new equipment, please complete the appliance installation form and our customer support team will look after you

What happens if I'm not available during the delivery time?

We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. If you miss it, there may be redelivery fees or you might need to pick it up from a depot. We always request the courier to call you 24 hours before delivery and also email your tracking number as soon as your item has been collected by the courier. You can liase directly with the courier to find a suitable delivery window

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

We strive to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee specific dates, due to the couriers not providing any facility to book a delivery date. Once your order is processed, we will provide an estimated delivery window, as well as your tracking number which you can track on our website, or contact the courier directly to arrange a delivery date.

Is there a minimum order value to qualify for free delivery?

Do you offer free returns if the product is damaged during delivery?

Absolutely! If the product arrives damaged, please report it immediately by submitting a ticket or emailing support@restaurantequipment.com.au and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
