Maximize your refrigerated storage with our modular cool and freezer rooms. These units are easy to install with clip-together panels and Tecumseh cooling systems. We offer five standard room configurations, making them ideal for a wide range of spaces. All cool and freezer room panels are 100mm thick polyurethane, providing high energy efficiency and power savings compared to other brands on the market.

We also produce cool and freezer rooms in custom sizes. If you have special size requirements, please contact us for a custom quotation.

Please note, the 1500 x 1500 cool room is the least popular size and is generally not kept in stock. It can be manufactured to order upon request but will require approximately 8 weeks lead time. All other sizes are generally in stock.

Panel Information

Our high-quality, 100mm thick polyurethane panels provide some of the highest rated insulation in the world, saving energy and maintaining internal temperatures. These specialized panels are high strength, moisture-resistant, and have excellent temperature insulation properties. The panels can be disassembled and reassembled if you wish to expand or modify your cool room or freezer room in the future.

Many cool rooms and freezer rooms on the market are made of polystyrene panels (EPS), which can absorb and hold over 40% of moisture from kitchen environments, making them highly flammable. In contrast, polyurethane holds zero moisture and is mold-proof, anti-corrosive, age-resistant, moth-proof, chemical-resistant, and non-toxic.

Installation Guidelines

• Panels clip together and can be assembled by 2-3 people in approximately 4-6 hours.
• The cooling system must be installed by a licensed refrigeration technician.
• The cooling system does not include a power plug. Your technician will supply this during installation
• The cooling system does not include refrigerant gas from the factory. Your technician will supply this during installation
• The refrigeration technician will provide their warranty on their installation.
• Cool rooms do not require floor panels if installed indoors.
• Cool rooms require floor panels if installed outdoors.
• Freezer rooms require floor panels (included as standard for all freezer rooms).
• Cooling systems must be completely protected from the weather if installed outdoors.

Important Delivery Information

We want to ensure your cool room delivery goes smoothly, so please review the following details:

• All cool rooms are delivered by a courier truck with a single driver.
• Cool room panels will arrive stacked on a pallet.

If you have access to a forklift:

• You can easily unload the pallet using your forklift.

If you do not have access to a forklift:

• The panels will need to be unloaded from the truck individually, panel by panel.
• Although the panels are not heavy, they are 2.4m long. The driver will need assistance from your team to help unload them.

The delivery charge on the website includes a single driver and assumes that you will be able to assist with the unloading. If you will be unable to provide any assistance to the driver for unloading, please let us know before ordering so we can arrange a special quote with additional assistance.

Please note that if additional assistance is required, an extra fee will need to be added to the delivery charge.
